I am new to this forum .File has 4 tabs - Skills inventory,skill matrix,leave and attrition.Skills inventory=skill matrix-leave-attrition.

Skills inventory is unique for Quarter|Year|Month combination. Skill matrix will show list of people with a perticular 'Main skill|sub skill' combination in a perticular 'Quarter|Year|Month' combination. If 'M' is on leave on a 'Quarter|Year|Month' combination,His skill set must be looked up in skill matrix using 'Name|Main skill|sub skill' combination and appropriate deduction must be made in skill inventory.Similarly If Name 'N' appears in attrition list,His skill set must be looked up in skill matrix using 'Name|Main skill|sub skill' combination and appropriate deduction must be made in skill inventory. Can you please help me to get the formulea right for finding skills inventory
