Call Logging System
We all need to take notes, and this lightweight and handy little note taking system can be used for a variety of things:
- Call logging
- Basic note taking
It's designed to be multi-user and to and across a team
Functionality is simple:
- To add a note, press "Take Note"
- To submit your note, press "Submit"
- To see your notes sorted by date, press "My Notes"
- To see someone else's notes, press "User Notes"
- Press "All Notes" for all the notes ever entered
- Press "Today's Notes" for all the notes entered Today...
- and finally, "Last N Notes" for the last 10 notes (for example)

Instructions:
1. Download the Note Taking / Call Logging system
3. Open the Excel file, go to the config page, and browse to where you put the database

I have an idea to make the call logging system more practical.
So for office call receivers and callers, the following info. is important:
1:Referrence/Topic,
2:Contact Information,
Company Name (calling or to be called)
Contact 1: Name; Position; Number/Extension/Cell Phone
Contact 2: Name; Position; Number/Extension/Cell Phone
Contact 3: Name; Position; Number/Extension/Cell Phone
3:Date & Time,
4:Note.
Your call logging system is great. but It'd be better if u could add "contact information" to it. and it'd be the best if ppl could track the historical conversations of a cirtain topic or a cirtain company by searching the topic name or the company name.
I wish i could get one improved call logging system, it's good already though.

Thank you for your reply. Actually, I simply wanna add contact information into the system, but i have difficulties to operate the excel functions and database, because i am not an IT guy but just an office software user (basic level user T_T). I'd appreciate it if you could spare me some minutes to add to the system some more columns about contact information such as company, contact1, position1, contact number 1, contact2, position2, contact number 2, contact3, position3, contact number 3... etc.
and thank you for telling me to use the auto filter. I just learnt this!!
