Fixed Text in Excel

1. I am using excel2003 & i want to set some text in e column 32 no row that can not be delited, if any one delete that column or row, that text again appair at same place.

2. i want to block arrow key (near right ctrl key), how?

Why not just protect the cells ?

Fixed Text in Excel

I have already done it for sheet. But some times i have to unprotect sheet for working purpose and that time any one can delete my heading row.I want to block that row for delete.
Please guide me.

Before we even get into the

Before we even get into the Excel side of things , you need to specify the EXACT conditions under which a cell value has to be restored... It might be related to the user's name, the time/date, the cell value, the cell location or 101 other variables...
Don't forget other options for protecting you data like making daily backups etc - they may be more appropriate to your situation.
