Word to excel
We are using a word format (attached) to prepare inspection reports. I will have to collect the data which are highlighted in excel format monthly for more than 100 reports and generate a statistic. Please can anyone help me.

Not clear request
Hi,
I don't understand your request. What do you need in this .doc file?
Do you collect data into single Excel file, or you need to compile 100 files? Is the format unique for all the files?
Do you need 100 reports in the same format as attached? If so, mail merge could be solution.
Statistics should not be the problem, but please post Excel file here.
word to excel
The highlighted data in word .doc is what i require in excel. All the 100 reports data have to be compiled into the same excel file. The table format will be the same (ie 4 pictures in one page), but the number of tables may increase.i updated an sample excel file to show how the collected data should resemble.The next report data should be placed in the next row in the same excel file.Advance thanks for your efforts.
Mail merge in Word should suffice
I think Mail Merge is solution for this.
